For Sellers

Simply click on the ‘Join Now’ button in the top right of the page. Follow the prompts. You will receive an email that asks you to confirm your account through a link. Click on the link and your account will be set up.

If you have not received your confirmation email, please get in touch through the ‘Contact Us’ page and we will rectify the situation immediately.

You will only be able to add a listing if you have registered and have a verified account. Once registered, go to the ‘Add Listing’ menu tab and follow the prompts. Be aware of the mandatory fields in the form.

If the buyer indicates they wish to contact you, you will receive an email from Hair and Beauty Salon Sales that has all the buyer’s contact details. Remember to contact the buyer within 24 hours.

No. The website administrator has to review the listing first for compliance. Once approved (usually 24 hours), it will be published that day.

There is no minimum or maximum time limit. Your listing will remain active until you take it down or the website administrator contacts you.

Log in to your account. You will be in your dashboard, select the listing you wish to change, make the changes then hit the “Save” button.

For Buyers

No. You are welcome to browse all the salons for sale at any time. Bookmark the ones of interest and contact the seller.

Easy. Just contact the Broker or the Private Seller direct. Their details are on the listing and a contact form is provided. Please respect their confidentiality at all times and make sure you are talking to the seller or the broker, as nobody else may know the salon is for sale at this point in time.

For your first inspection, it is best to do after trading hours have finished. You can have a good look around and get a feel for the salon. If you think the salon has potential, you can then look over the business financials.

There are two ways you can contact the Salon Seller or their Broker. First, you can get in touch through the contact details they have on their respective listings. Second, you can send them a message through the contact form under each listing. 

You probably already have relations with a bank and it would be best to start there. Also talk to the Business Broker as they will be able to refer you to lending sources.

No, you should not incur any fees when dealing with a Business Broker or a Private Seller. However, you may incur fees in doing your due diligence e.g. search fees, your accountant, your solicitor, your bank.

Yes definitely. If you have a hair and/or a beauty salon to sell. Either ‘JOIN NOW’ to register an account or ‘LOG IN’ to your account.
